No review for food due to NO FOOD BEING DELIVERED, had to wait for delivery for over 2.5hrs and still not yet had the food!
Was told it would be 10mins when I called after an hour. Shocking service, would rather know in advance if the delivery was not possible due to high levels of orders.

I've edited my initial review after a bad experience... some background, this place was our favourite Indian takeaway, but a bad experience meant pretty much everything we ordered was not enjoyable from the substitute chef in the absence of the main chef. I was surprised that my partner received a call from Tiffins the next day, offering to put the issue right. You can also see the response provided below...
My review was harsh, especially factoring all the previous, very positive experiences, but I was just so disappointed...
I am very surprised and impressed with the customer service and how Tiffins value their customers, and them offering by to put this issue right.
Anyway, this evening we reordered our usual. Even the delivery man was really pleasant and polite.
Oh my God, thank you, thank you, thank you. Back to brilliant food all round. When Tiffins cook food like this, there is nowhere that comes close. We are both very happy and relieved. Thank you Tiffins for the excellent service, thank you for listening to us and for taking it onboard.
Now, please clone your main chef and wrap him/her up in cotton wool to protect them!
We look forward to reordering our usual from you again very soon.

Tasty curry but shocking delivery service
Took 2 hours for food to turn up and when chased after waiting 1hr 15 was told food would be another 20 mins took another 35 and when it arrived delivery driver didn't apologise for the delay and tried to ring restaurant 5 times to chase where food was and no one answered.

Beautiful food every time, definitely one of the best Indian takeaways in Telford! I recommend their Mango & Chilli fish (starter), Pathia and Murgh Amdani.

This is our go-to Indian.
Chicken Tika Masla is our go-to, and we can't fault it.
Sides of Naan bread, samosa, poppadoms, and onion bhaji are always top notch.
Chips are decent, too.
Other currys we've had are Korma, Buna, and an almond one, which have all been great.
Me and the wife normally have one to share as one each is too much.
Delivery is normally about 1hr to 1hr 15min due to how busy they are, so we always order in advance.
You can either pay with cash or a card when ordering from home, and the delivery driver is always friendly.
Would definitely recommend it.

Worst curry I've ever tasted,pasty sauce and creamy, nothing like a chicken balti, flavour very bland waited over hour and a half for delivery rice was hard and the naan bread dry and cold very disappointed

Our favorite curry house never used anyone else. Ordered our usual order and left a comment it was our anniversary dinner these guys gave us some lovely free desserts with a little note saying happy anniversary made our night. Top class service as always

Spot on as always.
Ordered for collection. Spot on, plenty of food to last us 2 meals each. This is our go to takeaway and it never lets us down. There is plenty of negative comments recently about the service of the food, just remember that there are many factors that aren’t in the restaurants control. I always like to collect as I get a chance to speak to the lads, who are all very friendly.
The Mrs had her Korma as usual and I had a Chicken Akbari for the first time, both were very tasty, and big portions. Having looked through these other reviews, there is an obvious difference between those who understand BIR and those who don’t.
Massively recommend the mixed kebab as a starter/ side dish. The meat is very well cooked and unbelievably tasty.

Shocking service order online an hour to accept the order no answer on phone phoned through Facebook to be told can not help traffic not the first time food has took over two hours to arrive supposed to be an award winning Indian not with that sort of service will be going else where from now on. The food eventually arrived just before 20:00 even after being told food would be 50 minutes and tasting full of salt normally food is ok.

If I could give 0 stars, I would’ve. Had ordered chicken akbari and king prawns starters. The chicken akbari had lots of food colouring in it, tasted very sweet, nothing like the description. I think instead of salt, they decided to use sugar. The description mentioned nuttiness- there was none. The prawn starter had too much salt in it! . I was in two minds about placing the order and cooking at home. I should’ve gone for latter, atleast would have saved some money and not slept on cereals.

My family and I had a take away from Tiffins. We had a selection of mains, rice and nan bread. The food was delivered in good time, all meals were hot and very delicious. We would be more than happy to order again.
There is a great selection on the menu, more so than other Indian Restaurants I’ve been too.
Cannot comment about atmosphere as it was a delivered order.

Had a beautiful meal from here last night for my mums birthday. Wrapped in foil to keep warm during delivery, the food was hot and fresh. Everything tasted beautiful. Very well done Tiffins. An excellent example of fine takeaway food

Absolutely beautiful food. Ordered last night after moving away for 2 years. I remember it being good before but not as good as it is now. Although delivery was quite long it was definitely worth the wait. I can highly recommend this as one of the best Indian takeaways in Telford.

We place order through their website for delivery. After a one hour, we gave them a call, they said order will be there in 5 min, we again gave them a call after 1.5 hour, they said order will be delivered in 10 min. Finally order delivered after 2.5 hours.
Top of that We received curry totally different than we ordered.
Not going to order from them, don’t use their website to place order, If I could have use Just It, I would have received refund.

I ordered a takeaway for collection.
I specified when ordering that I'm vegan. I was fully understood, which isn't always the case. The food was excellent and the portions very generous. The vegetable vindaloo was not weak! Complimentary sauces and poppadoms were included and the price was very very reasonable. I can't remember a better takeaway and I eat a lot of Indian food. 5 stars +!

Searching for places to order a takeaway in the local area and this place popped up. I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel compelled as the food was absolutely exquisite. Loved the biryani, full of flavour complimented well with the taka dhall. If u fancy an Indian well worth a try, you won't be disappointed

Have been going to this Indian for a while now, I’ve been to pretty much every other Indian in Telford and would not go back to any of them as tiffins is hands down the best of the lot. Great food and great service from the lads who run it. 100% recommended
